One could access to healthcare at private hospitals and clinics rather quickly with the health insurance. Therefore, health insurance provides substantial peace of mind and less anxiety for people about their future. On the
other hand, the insurance industry has been turbulent being impacted by some essential disruptors including digitalisation of insurance functions, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) as well as changing customer preferences and tastes. To remain competitive, insurance companies need highly skilled professionals to better support their customers and team members as well as to manage business challenges. Therefore, the MBF Academy, based in the United Kingdom, will be organising a first class executive training course for professionals supporting them in developing ownership of important skills through the combination of their theoretical, technical, and business knowledge. training course on "Contemporary Challenges in Corporate Management and HRM" empowering
corporate and HRM professionals with the skills, knowledge and experience required to meet the
challenges of their roles professionally and efficiently. Overall, 14 professionals from various
organisations of Uzbekistan, namely, Agrobank, Aloqabank, OrientFinansBank, Trastbank, Inha
University in Tashkent and Leader Finance Capital attended the training in Bournemouth, UK. The
programme included corporate management and HRM-related lectures, seminars and discussions,
tours in London, Cardiff, Oxford and Salisbury (Stonehenge). A training course Gala Dinner at
the Saroy Turkish Restaurant, Bournemouth, was a pleasant completion of the training course,
where the participants continued to discuss various interesting issues raised during the training
course made contacts and thanked the organisers for the well-planned event.

Overview
Over the period February 27-March 08 (2024), the MBF Academy organised an up-to-date training
course on “Strategic Auditing and IFRS 9 Implementation: Impact on Business Management”
empowering audit professionals with the skills, knowledge and experience required to meet the
challenges of their roles professionally and efficiently. Overall, 19 professionals of various
organisations of Uzbekistan, namely, Aloqabank, OrientFinansBank, Uzsanoatqurilishbank and JV
Uz-Kor Gas Chemical attended the training in Bournemouth, UK. The programme included the
audit and IFRS 9 related lectures, seminars and discussions, tours in London and visiting a museum
in Southampton. A training course Gala Dinner at the Saroy Turkish Restaurant, Bournemouth,
was a pleasant completion of the training course, where the participants continued to discuss
various interesting issues raised during the training course made contacts and thanked the
organisers for the well-planned event.

CREDIT MANAGEMENT IN BRITISH BANKS, Training Course
Over the period December 5-12 (2023), the MBF Academy organised a one-week, up-to-date training course on “Credit Management in British Banks” in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. The aim of the training course was to equip participants with both theoretical and practical skills in banking credits, which are critical for navigating today’s evolving financial landscape. By contrasting practices in the UK with developing countries, this course provided a comprehensive understanding preparing participants for the global challenges in the banking sectors. The training course commenced with the theoretical comparisons of the bank credit-supplying practices in the UK with developing countries, with a particular focus on those of Uzbekistan. The course then moved on to cover the credit scoring system and the monitoring process of the use of loans. The participants of the training from the Uzpromstroybank (one of the oldest and the second largest banks in Uzbekistan) had an opportunity to meet the specialists from Lloyds Bank and HSBC Bank and exchange views on the changing global financial sector. A training course Gala Dinner at the Zizzi Italian Restaurant, Bournemouth, was a pleasant completion of the training course, where the participants received their certificates of attendance. In an informal atmosphere, participants continued to discuss various interesting issues raised during the training course, made contacts and thanked the organisers for the well-planned event.
